Key Responsibilities
Partner with Account Executives to understand customer goals and technical environments
Lead technical discovery sessions and design tailored demos and proofs-of-concept
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with product capabilities
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution consulting role
Hands-on familiarity with APIs, CRMs, telephony systems, or workflow automation tools
Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and technical validation processes
Experience building demos or lightweight prototypes to illustrate solutions
Strong collaboration skills working with both technical and commercial teams
