CHEF DE PROJET DIGITAL & IA f / h

En troite collaboration avec l'quipe dveloppement, vous pilotez le dploiement de notre solution pour nos clients Grands Comptes.
Pour se faire, vous :
- Accompagnez le client dans la formulation de ses besoins pour optimiser le dploiement de nos solutions dans son environnement lors des phases d'avant-vente
- Assurez le pilotage de l'ensemble des phases du projet
- Etes en charge de la modlisation des logigrammes de conversations (call-flow)
- Grez le suivi et tes garant de l'avancement du projet
- Contactez frquemment le client afin de recueillir ses impressions et besoins
- Rdigez les documents supports du projet
- Animez les runions, les instances projets (comit technique, comit de projet et comit de pilotage)
Profil
De formation Bac+5 Ecole de Commerce ou quivalent, vous possdez une exprience minimale de 5 ans dans la gestion de projet digital en lien avec la transformation de la relation client ;
acquise en cabinet de conseil ou au sein d'un service relation clients
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des applications mobiles, chatbots et des solutions de centre de contact
Votre sens de l'organisation, votre capacit formaliser les documents supports du projet et en conduire les runions principales font de vous le candidat(e) idal(e) pour ce poste
Vous parlez anglais couramment
Vous tes dot(e) d'un trs bon relationnel et tes reconnu(e) pour votre capacit de satisfaire vos clients
