Regional Sales Manager HVAC & Refrigeration Controls Base Salary to 90k / year Atlanta, GA
- Our client, a well-established yet still growing and evolving HVAC Refrigeration Controls company is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager with a focus on Refrigeration to be based out of their Atlanta, GA location to cover their southeast territory. Can be hybrid.
- Our client offers high efficiency / high tech control solutions for air-conditioning, refrigeration, heating, and systems for humidification and evaporative cooling for commercial, industrial and residential applications.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations, sales presentations, quotes and proposals based on customer needs and specifications
- Work collaboratively with the client and internal teams for right fit solutions
- Generate market attention / promotions for company products / services
- Organize and attend targeted industry events
- Identify, establish and consolidate relationships with major OEMs, contractors and partners in the market
- Research market information of assigned territory
- Develop relationship networks to identify key areas of growth and expansion
- Travel as needed within the regional territory 50%
Qualifications :
- 5+ years Refrigeration industry focus
- technical degree / certificate preferred
- Strong technical skills & understanding of commercial and industrial refrigeration applications
- Good understanding of electronic controls and monitoring systems
- Strong presentation and customer relationship skills- clear and thorough communication; value / solution selling
- Effective project management / organizational skills
Compensation :
- Base salary in the 80k 90k / year range
