POSITION SUMMARY
The NP / PA provides urologic care through the evaluation, management, and treatment of patients.
Works under the direction of the collaborating Physician and other supervising Urologists.
What you will be doing
Evaluate patient, reviewing medical history, and performing an appropriate physical exam in a
medical office setting
Interpret and evaluate patient data as authorized by physician for the purpose of determining
management and treatment of patients. Consult with physician as appropriate.
- Assess and diagnosis urological conditions
- Prescribe, recommend, and regulate appropriate pharmacologic medicine
- Work closely with physicians and other members of the healthcare team in a collaborative effort
to provide optimal patient care
What you will bring to the team
- Current NP or PA-C license, Master's Degree in Nursing / Physician Assistant program required
- Current BLS and CPR certification required.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in a Gastroenterologists setting preferred
- Knowledge of ERM systems
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
