Job Summary :

The MRO Repair Technician is responsible for performing repair and overhaul operations on main engine fuel pumps, boost pumps, and other commercial pumping devices. This role ensures compliance with FAA, EASA, and CAAC-approved procedures while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support efficient repair operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble customer field returns in accordance with component overhaul manuals and other approved technical documents.
• Perform all repair tasks in compliance with FAA, EASA, and CAAC-approved procedures.
• Prepare concise and accurate documentation packages for each repaired or overhauled unit.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FAA, EASA, and CAAC procedural requirements.
• Communicate effectively with management, co-workers, and internal departments (quality, customer service, stock room, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with external customers and auditors as required.
• Ensure all required training and re-training requirements are completed and properly documented for FAA compliance.
• Participate in departmental continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, which may include receiving / shipping, final testing, pump testing, and non-destructive testing.
