Job description

Infiniti Staffing Partners is working with a global retailer and manufacturing company in Austin, TX who is seeking to hire a top-notch Senior Payroll Manager.   • Salary – up to $150K +20% annual bonus + annual equity grants + full benefits package
  • Hybrid (work from home on Fridays in-office Monday-Thursday)

Summary of Responsibilities :

  • Must have Certified Payroll Professional license ( CPP )
  • Hands-on, strategic oversight of high-volume payroll processing for US and Canada
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, payroll audits, labor laws, payroll tax compliance and regulations
  • Serve as Payroll Subject Matter expert and “go-to” for employee inquiries
  • Solid proficiency and knowledgeable in ADP / Workday payroll systems (administration, implement upgrades, enhancements, etc.) required
  • High level of initiative to drive and improve payroll processes
  • Manage, lead and mentor payroll team
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Employee of Record management knowledge
