JOB SUMMARY :
As an Inside sale appointment setter, you will play a critical role in reaching out to perspective customers and optimizing results. The main responsibility of this position is to ensure we are generating the appropriate number of leads needed for our sales staff by the most cost effective means possible. The Appointment Setter helps to make sure their appointment setting and sales goals are met.
Key Tasks :
Develop ongoing positive working relationships with customers, coworkers, and vendorsLead, assist, and motivate fellow employees to meet and exceed sales goalsMaintain professionalism with both customers and fellow employeesMeet or exceed personal and team sales goals on a monthly basisResponsible for maintaining records of interactions in software completely and accuratelyResponsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to upper level managementQUALIFICATIONS :
BA / BS in Customer Service or equivalent experienceProfessional demeanorLead setting experienceSelf-motivatedExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTeam playerManagement or leadership experienceAbility to multitask and prioritizeWORK ENVIRONMENT :
Office / Call CenterWORK HOURS :
Hours vary based on department and season. Nights and some weekend work are requiredExpected to work 40 hours a week, 5-6 days a week. Depending on season and staffing levelsMust work PST hours and should reside on the West CoastFlexible work from home options available.
