Receptionist Position
We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, including managing a multi-line phone system and assisting with day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring calls are directed promptly and accurately.
Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming and detail-oriented first impression.
Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable.
Coordinate and manage appointments, schedules, and office calendars.
Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts.
Monitor and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times when handling sensitive information.
Requirements
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboards with up to 10 lines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy work environment.
Detail-oriented approach with excellent customer service skills.
Familiarity with office software and equipment.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Availability to work part-time hours as required.
