Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer

Ryder is currently hiring a full-time temporary Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer. The Sourcer's role is to provide sourcing support to the Recruiting teams and their open positions by prescreening and scheduling quality candidate interviews. This individual will work in a high volume, call center setting supporting the Human Resources department with a variety of tasks, projects, and day to day routine assignments.

Support the recruitment team with the following tasks : Identify and interact with potential passive candidates. Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates. Facilitate / coordinate interviews. Match candidates' skills to available openings in their area. Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Provide broader Human Resources department support, including : Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Maintaining employee profiles. Employment Screenings. Provide administrative and compliance support to the Recruitment team. Supports the HR team in special projects and / or assignments.

Additional Responsibilities : Performs other duties as assigned.

Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills. Ability to maintain confidential information. Strict adherence to confidentiality with high ethical standards. Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment. Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors). Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices. Polished and professional demeanor, proven experience in delivering superior high-end customer service.

Qualifications : H.S. diploma / GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.

Compensation Information : The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data / ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and / or long-term incentive plan based on the level and / or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below :

Pay Type : Hourly Minimum Pay Range : $20.00 Maximum Pay Range : $22.00
