Salary : $100,000 - $140,000 per year

Job Details

Responsibilities

1. Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.

2. Allocate resources for assigned projects.

3. Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.

4. Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.

5. Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.

6. Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.

7. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.

8. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.

9. Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.

10. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

11. Manage project budget and ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.

12. Provide leadership to project teams and maintain high levels of performance.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in project management in the construction sector.

3. Advanced knowledge of construction project management processes, means and methods.

4. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.

5. Understanding of all facets of the construction process.

6. Proficient in using project management software.

7. Familiarity with construction / project management software.

8. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

9. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

10. A team player with leadership abilities.

11. Strong knowledge of power tools and welding.

12. Proven experience in strategic planning and risk management.

13. Demonstrated skills in contract management and budget management.

14. Excellent leadership and team management skills.

15. Ability to manage resources effectively and efficiently.

16. Ability to manage all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently.

17. Strong knowledge of construction operations and processes.
