Bilingual Japanese Research Assistant

International sell-side company seeks Bilingual Japanese Research Assistant in the New York and San Francisco Equity Research Department. Covering sectors are : Healthcare in New York, Technology in San Francisco.

Responsibilities :

• Gather information about US companies (Healthcare in New York, Technology in San Francisco)
• Update research materials such as financial models
• Create graphs / tables by requests
• Accuracy check of reports for retail / institutional investors
• Prepare marketing presentation materials
• Translation check from English to Japanese and vice versa
• Send materials to Tokyo office
• Help analyst claiming or remitting expenses regarding business trip
