Service Technician II

Overview

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Service Technician to join our team in Tampa, FL. Since 1967, Joe W. Fly Company has provided quality air filtration products and services, with a goal to positively impact communities through our people and culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform proper air filtration installation and service in commercial and industrial buildings throughout Tampa and the surrounding area.
• Deliver air filtration and related products to customers, verifying the accuracy of items against order fulfillment instructions before departure.
• Assist in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and preparing for upcoming jobs.
• Follow customer-specific on-site expectations and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the on-site point of contact.
• Request customer feedback on services and products, and share leads for new business opportunities with your supervisor.
• Conduct daily inspections and maintain delivery logs and vehicle checklists.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and safety standards.
