Robert Half is working with a growing golf club in Palm Beach County, expanding operations and elevating the member and guest experience. We’re seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Controller / Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee all aspects of accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial management across golf, food & beverage, and club activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Bank Reconciliations
• Review and audit daily sales receipts from Golf Operations and Food & Beverage departments
• Manage cash deposits and change orders , coordinating daily with Golf and F& B Managers
• Perform inventory analysis, costing, and reconciliations for merchandise and food & beverage operations
• Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and reports for review by the CFO
• Maintain organized financial records and support budget preparation and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist in continuous process improvement
