Practiced at least 1 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages is preferred, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program Continuing Medical Education (CME) - Receive an annual stipend for continuing medical education plus 1-week paid time off for CME activities. Clinical Faculty appointment to UCR School of Medicine encouraged. Complete independence to practice the art of medicine in support of the doctor-patient relationship instead of the large corporate algorithmic approach to medicine

Position Highlights

Position Details :

Full time and Part Time Available

Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, well visits, and Hedis 5-Star measures

Treating patients in-office and conducting occasional tele-health visits

Continuous learning opportunities practicing integrative medicine

Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates

Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures

Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues

Opportunity for Academic teaching with UCR school of medicine

Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program

A passion for human-centered primary care

The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds

The ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care

Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care

Ability to provide high level service with an excellent bedside manner

Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your start date

State licensed in California, obtained before your start date
