Key Responsibilities
Own the vision, roadmaps, prioritizations, and technical architecture of banking services for data ingestion and processing
Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to the team to enhance efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to align on strategy and execution
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
3+ years of experience managing or leading a team
Experience working in banks or a similar domain
Track record of delivering high-impact production services
Experience managing a high-functioning remote team
