ERP Operations & Manufacturing Consultant

We are seeking a skilled ERP Operations & Manufacturing Consultant with a strong technical and process-driven background to support the design and implementation of operational workflows within our ERP solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in manufacturing or supply chain operations and can translate complex business requirements into scalable system designs. This role requires strong analytical abilities, technical aptitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operations and manufacturing workstreams during ERP implementations, from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze clients’ operational processes—including production, planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and quality—to recommend optimized workflows and best practices.
• Configure ERP modules such as Manufacturing, Inventory, Master Data / BoM, MRP, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Shop Floor Control.
• Develop future-state process designs, functional specifications, and standard operating procedures.
• Support data migration efforts, including cleansing, transformation, and validation of operational data (e.g., BoMs, routings, inventory).
• Work closely with project team to ensure seamless integration between operations, finance, and sales.
• Conduct user training for planners, buyers, production managers, warehouse teams, and quality personnel.
• Provide post-go-live support to resolve operational or system issues and ensure adoption of new processes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in system configuration and implementation methodology.
• Advise clients on manufacturing best practices, production optimization, Lean concepts, and operational KPIs.
