Electrical Engineer - Maintenance
The Electrical Engineer for the Maintenance Team will be responsible for setting up, programming and troubleshooting robot applications, electrical systems, PLCs, control systems, conveyor systems and process / equipment monitoring systems.

SAP Operations
- Enter preventive, general, and breakdown maintenance data into the SAP
- Create and update the preventive maintenance task list and ensure reliability
- Create and update function location and equipment numbers
- Review and report equipment, equipment downtime, damage codes, downtime causes, countermeasures, and maintenance repair / replacement activities
- Print, install, and manage barcode labels on machines
- Control the preventive maintenance process with tablet PCs, train hourly team members
General Operations
Collaborates with QC to perform annual equipment inspections and tool measuringEvaluates and compares equipment history to update in SAPManages the equipment maintenance manualPrepare weekly work summary reportAssist maintenance management as neededPlanning equipment PM schedules, shutdowns, and repairs for MNAe Plant IinePlanning equipment improvement schedules for MNAe Plant IineControl equipment downtime / MTTR / MTBF / 3R5S / Improvement for MNAe Plant IineControl weekly / monthly results and plan for MNAe Plant lineControl equipment materials and spare parts accuracy for the MNAe Plant lineReport results and improvement plan for MNAe Plant Iine PM planning for equipment'sPlanning equipment PM schedules, shutdowns, and repairs for the MNAe Plant lineSupport equipment materials and spare parts accuracy for MNAe Plant LineSupport to list up for the inconsistency of equipment with countermeasures.Support and update improvements to equipment for the MNAe Plant LineSupport for repairing partsProject related to equipment

Required Education & Experience :
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical EngineeringOne or more years of experience with industrial maintenanceRequired Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :
Ability to prioritize and organize tasks to achieve timely resultsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in the Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical systemsPreferred Education & Experience :
