Your Opportunity :

Taylor Print & Visual Impressions , a Taylor company, is looking for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join the team in Las Vegas, NV .

This Supervisor leads evening Digital, Offset, Wide Format print and finishing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. You'll plan the shift, allocate resources, remove roadblocks, and develop a high-performing crew while ensuring clean handoffs with First and Third Shift (if applicable). You'll partner closely with the Production Manager and other supervisors to ensure jobs are produced in accordance with quality and scheduling expectations to meet customer needs.

Your Shift :

• Primary work schedule is Monday - Friday, 2 : 00pm - 11 : 00pm
• Night / weekend work may be required based on emergent or critical business needs.
