Power Apps / Power Platform Developer (AI + Copilot Studio)

We are looking for a hands-on Power Apps professional who can design, build, and support business apps using Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, AI features, and Copilot Studio. If you love turning messy processes into simple apps and automations – this role is for you.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and maintain Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) to support day-to-day business operations.
• Create and optimize automated workflows in Power Automate to streamline approvals, notifications, and data syncs.
• Build and manage Copilot Studio bots to handle common questions, route requests, and support internal users.
• Integrate apps inside Microsoft Teams so employees can access tools where they already work.
• Connect to data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, SQL, and other business systems.
• Use AI features in Power Platform and Copilot to generate content, automate tasks, and improve user experience.
• Document solutions, create simple how-to guides, and provide user training and support.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical, easy-to-use solutions.
