About The Position
We are seeking a Pathologist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in North Carolina, beginning as early as Jan 12, 2026. This opportunity features a Monday through Friday schedule, typically 7 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm, two weeks per month. The role involves participation in multiple tumor boards, grossing duties, frozen section work, and offsite coverage for various procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties
Participate in multiple tumor boards, including breast, general, lung, and neuroPerform grossing duties with some exceptionsConduct frozen section procedures (most cutting performed by PAs)Oversee several EBUS procedures each weekProvide offsite coverage for procedures at a smaller site 40 miles from the main campusExclude bone marrow procedures, which are sent to another locationAdditional Information
