Data Engineer

A company is looking for a Segment Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Work with existing product event data in Twilio Segment, focusing on data capture, storage, and structure

Design and implement processes to transform raw event data into organized tables for stakeholders

Leverage DBT for data modeling and transformation, utilizing Snowflake as the primary data warehouse

Required Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience with Twilio Segment

Experience with Snowflake is highly preferred; familiarity with Databricks or BigQuery is also valuable

Strong skills in data modeling, transformation, and structuring event-based data

Proficiency with DBT for data pipeline and transformation workflows

Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders for actionable data insights
