Location :  Columbia, MD (Hybrid – Onsite first 2 weeks for training, then Tuesday / Thursday / Friday onsite)

Shift :  Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Start Date :  November 17, 2025

Duration :  6-month Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate :  $17 / HR

About the Role :

TEKsystems' client is seeking entry-level Call Center Representatives to join a dynamic support team for an Automated Traffic Safety Enforcement program. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a permanent role with a stable organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from citizens regarding parking violations
• Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries professionally
• Verify violation images and vehicle information
• Assist with payment processing and data entry
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions
• Navigate multiple computer applications confidently
• Deliver empathetic and effective communication in both English and Spanish

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 / hr.
