Customer Service Representative

We're seeking

• Bilingual Customer Service Representatives
• to join a fast-paced support team for an Automated Traffic Safety Enforcement program. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in
• English and Spanish
• , have strong communication skills, and thrive in a structured, customer-facing environment.
• Responsibilities :
• Handle inbound calls from citizens regarding parking violations
• Provide accurate information and resolution in a professional and empathetic manner
• Perform data entry, document verification, and assist with payment processing
• Navigate multiple computer applications confidently
• Maintain clear and concise documentation of customer interactions
• Uphold a high level of attentiveness and professionalism onsite
• Qualifications :
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, including 1 year in a call center
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Typing speed of at least 30-35 WPM
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Work Environment & Expectations :
• Onsite attendance and punctuality are critical
• Must be fully attentive during shifts, including breaks
• Calls are monitored for quality assurance
• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 / hr.
