We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our front office team and be the first point of contact for our valued customers.
Responsibilities
Greet customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy.
Schedule repair appointments and manage the repair calendar.
Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, and vendors to ensure proper documentation.
Provide estimates and explain repair processes to customers in clear, simple terms.
Update customers throughout the repair process regarding status and timelines.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and payment processing.
Support the shop manager and technicians with customer communication and workflow coordination.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service; auto body or automotive experience a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with shop management software.
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
