Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve consumer claims and tickets using the brand voice
Manage personal workload for claims / inquiries through CRM systems during peak seasons
Attend meetings and maintain performance standards for ticket volume and accuracy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Minimum 2 years of experience in resolving claims, focusing on written correspondence
High proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk)
Competence with Microsoft Office suite and video conferencing tools
Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace
