Senior Marketing Manager - Beverly Hills (Hybrid)

We're partnered with a fast-growing boutique DTC apparel brand based in West Hollywood , known for premium materials, elevated design, and a strong direct-to-consumer presence . The brand is expanding and looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel growth, lifecycle campaigns, and customer retention , while managing a small team and agency partners.

Term : Full-time / Direct Hire

Location : Hybrid, 4 days / week onsite in West Hollywood, CA

Compensation : Up to $130K base DOE + bonus + full benefits

What We're Looking For :

• 5-7+ years in DTC performance, growth, or lifecycle marketing (fashion, beauty, or lifestyle preferred)
• 2-3+ years managing teams or external agency partners
• Proven track record in multi-channel campaign execution , including paid media, email / SMS, and retention programs
• Strong analytical skills ; comfortable making decisions based on CAC, LTV, ROAS, and cohort analysis
• Ability to balance data-driven performance with brand stewardship
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, SMS platforms, and e-commerce optimization
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
