UI / UX Designer Job at Codable in Sacramento

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI / UX Designer to design seamless and engaging digital flows for web and mobile applications. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-centric interfaces, ensuring optimal user experience across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities :

• Design Digital Flows : Conceptualize and design end-to-end digital user flows for web and mobile platforms, ensuring a smooth, intuitive, and delightful user experience.
• Wireframing & Prototyping : Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to communicate design ideas effectively.
• User Research & Testing : Conduct user research, gather insights, and perform usability testing to iterate and improve the user experience based on real feedback.
• Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and technical constraints.
• Responsive Design : Design for multiple devices and screen sizes, ensuring responsive and adaptive user interfaces that deliver a consistent experience across web and mobile platforms.
• UI / UX Best Practices : Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, usability principles, and accessibility standards, applying them to create modern, user-friendly interfaces.
• Style Guides & Design Systems : Develop and maintain UI style guides, design systems, and reusable components to ensure design consistency across products.
