ABOUT THIS ROLE

As an Assistant House Manager in our children's program, you typically work a flexible schedule to ensure the needs of our children are met. You create a therapeutic haven where each student's well-being is the top priority.

You lead by example, nurturing a supportive environment and assisting the House Manager in on-site management. This includes monitoring, quality assurance, and staff training. The children rely on you for safety and care. You're ready to make a positive impact!
