Job Title : 1st Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in a metal fabrication shop specializing in producing low volume custom metal parts. This role offers the unique opportunity to learn from our retiring maintenance technician and eventually take over the entire maintenance operation.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the current maintenance technician to learn and eventually take over maintenance operations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems swiftly, especially with custom proprietary equipment.
• Perform repairs independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain mechanical and electrical systems, including building maintenance tasks such as plumbing and basic HVAC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00 / yr.
