Legacy Supply Chain is hiring an experienced Marketing & Sales Enablement Coordinator to support our Corporate Headquarters located in Indianapolis, IN. As a Marketing & Sales Enablement Coordinator, you will serve as a critical liaison between marketing and sales, driving alignment, accelerating pipeline growth, and supporting Legacy's aggressive business development strategy.

This position includes a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match.

Monday through Friday - 8am to 5pm

What to expect as a Marketing & Sales Enablement Coordinator :

• Collaborate with sales teams across all Legacy business units to accelerate pipeline and revenue goals.
• Develop and execute lead-generation and nurturing campaigns to build relationships and move leads through the lifecycle.
• Partner with the Marketing team and external agencies to create campaigns, materials, and sales support programs.
• Manage inbound lead channels, including initial engagement, qualification, and handoff to business development.
• Ensure accountability for marketing-generated leads and provide value-add support on individual sales opportunities.
• Identify and research target prospect companies and contacts; execute account exploration and mining tactics.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and support governance, reporting, dashboards, and user training.
• Create closed-loop visibility between sales and marketing campaigns.
• Research competitor tactics, market conditions, and industry trends to inform strategy.
• Support internal and external communications initiatives.
