- Creation of workflows for each Catalog Items.
- Has good Knowledge on creating Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policy, UI Action, Script Include.
- Has good Knowledge on creating Flow Designer, workflows.
- Has a good Knowledge in creating Complex Workflows for Change Module, Creating a new Change type apart from OOTB ones.
- Worked on Inbound Email Actions for creation and updating of records based on the requirement.
- Knowledge on creating Events, Script Actions.
- Knowledge on SLA configuration, Notifications, Push Notifications, Creating HTML templates for all Notifications.
- Knowledge on Import Set API and using Transform Maps.
- CMDB data maintenance
Knowledge on Visual Task Board Requirements.
