Procurement Analyst

A company is looking for a Procurement & Vendor Management Analyst (Vendor Procurement).

Key Responsibilities

Execute and improve end-to-end procurement processes for services, software, and vendor contracts

Negotiate and administer contracts while maintaining procurement systems and data integrity

Prepare procurement and vendor management reports and conduct risk assessments on contracts

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in risk management and vendor management

Strong background in contract negotiation and financial invoicing

Hands-on experience with procurement management software and tools

Familiarity with professional procurement frameworks such as CIPS is desirable

Demonstrated adaptability and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
