Position Overview

Position Overview

The individual will be accountable for strategic planning, execution, and oversight of engineering initiatives, including capital investments, technical support, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also includes managing a multidisciplinary team of engineers across various specialties.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering initiatives across all facilities, including the evaluation and implementation of advanced technologies and infrastructure.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of capital projects—from concept and budgeting to execution and post-implementation review.
• Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships to leverage external expertise and negotiate favorable terms.
• Establish and refine processes for capital planning, project execution, and operational integration.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with financial and strategic targets.
• Assign and supervise project responsibilities, fostering ownership and accountability across teams.
• Provide mentorship and performance guidance to engineering staff, supporting professional development and succession planning.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, and operations teams to resolve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with product development teams to support process innovation, equipment upgrades, and new product introductions.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders across departments to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and applicable codes.
• Deliver technical expertise to support operations, including production systems, environmental controls, and regulatory adherence.
• Manage capital investments related to plant equipment and infrastructure.
• Ensure availability of documentation, automation tools, and standardized processes to support operational consistency.
• Champion initiatives in safety, lean manufacturing, and process optimization, aligning engineering efforts with business performance goals.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00 / yr.
