A company is looking for a Remote Emergency Roadside Telephone Responder.
Key Responsibilities
Answer high volume incoming calls from members in need of roadside assistance, providing customer service and accurate responses
Input member information and use online mapping tools to determine breakdown locations and establish towing destinations
Identify situations requiring special handling and provide clear information on service details, costs, and estimated arrival times
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
Stable, high-speed internet connection required
Successful completion of a three-week virtual training class
Ability to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed
