Service Center Representative

Join Pride Health as a HR Service Center Representative at Tampa, FL! This is a 3 months contract role (with high possibility of extension) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role : HR Service Center Representative

Location : Tampa, FL 33617

Shift Schedule : Monday – Friday, 9 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Hours per Week : 40 hours

Start Date : ASAP

Pay Highlights : $17 - 19 / hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a call center environment.
• Evaluate and respond to employee inquiries via phone, fax, and email within service level agreements.
• Interpret and review employee data to resolve routine issues.
• Escalate complex inquiries to Tier 2 reps or supervisors when necessary.
• Accurately document all interactions in the Case Management System .
• Provide guidance to employees on available tools and resources.
• Enter, scan, and retrieve employee data in HRIS while ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain centralized employee files with confidentiality and compliance.
• Protect company data, report non-compliance, and follow all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Consistently deliver courteous, efficient, and professional service.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Education : High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience : 1–2 years in Human Resources administration and / or a call center environment.

Note : Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
