A company is looking for a Participant Service Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and fax for retirement plan participants
Assist participants with account inquiries, withdrawals, and fund transfers
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service quality
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services
Basic knowledge of retirement plan services and daily recordkeeping
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Bilingual in English / Spanish is a plus
