Baseops Shift Supervisor

Our client, an autonomous vehicle technology company, is seeking a BaseOps Shift Supervisor to join their team. As a BaseOps Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Mission Readiness and Base Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Supervise daily base operations to ensure tasks are completed on time and to company standards
• Provide logistical support for the movement, storage, and readiness of vehicles, equipment, and spare parts
• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards during the assigned shift
• Act as the first level of quality control and conduct regular risk assessments
• Foster open communication, provide coaching, and support onboarding for new hires
