Seven Healthcare is excited to offer a rewarding travel nursing opportunity for a Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Operating Room (OR) in Chapel Hill, NC. This assignment offers a competitive weekly blended rate of $2,600 for three 12-hour day shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Pediatric OR Nurse :

Provide pre-, intra-, and post-operative nursing care to pediatric patients.

Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and maintain sterile fields during procedures.

Educate and support patients' families through the surgical process.

Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.

Document all aspects of patient care accurately and efficiently.

Requirements of a Travel Pediatric OR Nurse :

Active North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact state eligibility

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Minimum of 1 year experience in an pediatric operating room or surgical nursing setting
