What the Compensation Analyst will do :
- The Compensation Analyst conducts job analysis which includes creating or revising job descriptions and assessing the job’s value in the marketplace
- Administers compensation in accordance with established policies
- The Compensation Analyst participates in salary surveys and analyzes results in order to ensure the company's competitive position
- Provides counsel to Human Resources staff on compensation policies
- Reviews, analyzes and recommends compensation changes that will be beneficial for employee welfare while controlling the company's liability and financial exposure
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of compensation guide and alignment with objectives.
- Identify, recommend and implement approved changes to compensation plans.
- The Compensation Analyst will perform other duties as assigned or requested
What our Client Needs in a Compensation Analyst :
- Previous comp. analysis experience and a background in HR / Finance
- Superb presentation skills to collaborate inter-departmentally with your research findings
- Attention to detail and professional writing experience - will be writing and revising job descriptions
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
