What the Compensation Analyst will do :

  • The Compensation Analyst conducts job analysis which includes creating or revising job descriptions and assessing the job’s value in the marketplace
  • Administers compensation in accordance with established policies
  • The Compensation Analyst participates in salary surveys and analyzes results in order to ensure the company's competitive position
  • Provides counsel to Human Resources staff on compensation policies
  • Reviews, analyzes and recommends compensation changes that will be beneficial for employee welfare while controlling the company's liability and financial exposure
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring of compensation guide and alignment with objectives.
  • Identify, recommend and implement approved changes to compensation plans.
  • The Compensation Analyst will perform other duties as assigned or requested

What our Client Needs in a Compensation Analyst :

  • Previous comp. analysis experience and a background in HR / Finance
  • Superb presentation skills to collaborate inter-departmentally with your research findings
  • Attention to detail and professional writing experience - will be writing and revising job descriptions
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
