Position
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – YWCA Boulder County
We are seeking a visionary CEO to lead YWCA Boulder County in advancing racial justice, gender equity, and community empowerment. The CEO will guide the organization’s programs, including Persimmon Early Learning childcare, Reading to End Racism, and advocacy initiatives that shape local public policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise the Board and oversee strategic direction and organizational growth.
- Secure and manage resources to ensure the sustainability and impact of programs.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with community stakeholders.
- Champion YWCA’s mission and promote equity and inclusion across all initiatives.
