Finance Director

A company is looking for a Head of Finance.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee accounting initiatives, ensuring compliance with tax and legal requirements

Manage financial modeling and reporting, ensuring timely communication of budgets and goals

Lead cash management processes, monitoring accounts receivable and payable

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA is a bonus

10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in leadership

Experience in a digital agency or similar service-related industry

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles

Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and tax regulations
