Cox Automotive is looking for an intern to support the Manheim National Field Marketing team with responsibility for coordination and support of major projects and campaigns that drive results for our auctions and clients and efficiency and continuous improvement for our team. This role is responsible for executing tactical marketing efforts that align to our 2025 business and marketing priorities.

Key Responsibilites

Assists in planning, organizing, and executing major projects and campaigns that are both client and internal facing.

Coordinates promotional content including signage, flyers, and other client facing materials.

Learns and effectively uses marketing platforms and reporting tools.

Collaborates with the team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas.

Track, measure, and report on campaign / project performance.

Provide administrative and operational support to the team through content audits, quarterly campaign planning efforts, and large team meetings.

Participates in weekly meeting set and other meetings as required.

Assists with other duties as needed.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Tech savvy with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including Copilot, as well as the desire to learn marketing specific platforms and tools.

Interest in automotive is a plus but not required.

Minimum requirements

Currently enrolled in a related degree program such as marketing, advertising, or business management preferred

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Intern / Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.

USD 21.49 - 32.26 per hour

Compensation :

Hourly base pay rate is $21.49 - $32.26 / hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and / or an incentive program.
