Cisco Wireless Field Engineer

Job Title : Cisco Wireless Field Engineer

Schedule : 40 hours / week 5 days onsite per week - (On-site with travel throughout Connecticut)

Duration- 3-6 months

Location : Hartford CT

Responsibilities :

• Evaluate existing Cisco wireless infrastructure including access points controllers configurations and signal coverage.
• Document findings and provide clear actionable recommendations.
• Implement remediation efforts based on assessment results (e.g. reconfiguration optimization hardware adjustments).
• Troubleshoot wireless performance issues and ensure stable secure connectivity.
• Communicate progress issues and results with project leads and stakeholders.
• Ensure all work aligns with Cisco best practices and institutional requirements.
