Job description

Job Title : Salesforce Engineer-Healthcare

Location : Mexico

Duration : Long Term

About you :

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM app development with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Health Cloud and Experience cloud at an enterprise level of complexity.
  • Expert understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices
  • Experience with Lightning Components, Design System, APEX Classes, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Aura, and Flow.
  • Experience with SFDX, environment management, release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies, and CI / CD tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce API and Web Services (REST / SOAP / Bulk)
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
  • Conducting code reviews and unit testing
  • Mentoring and training junior developers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and Object-oriented programming
  • Experience with a variety of Salesforce development tools and technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Desired Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development
  • Experience with Salesforce Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) and Vlocity product suit implementation experience (Industry cloud) is desired
  • Healthcare, especially Health insurance (Payor) business domain knowledge is an immense value add.
  • Experience with Managed package and unlocked package development
