Position :   Facilities Technician level 1 at Wasatch Peaks Ranch

Are you a jack-of-all-trades with a passion for maintaining and improving facilities? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem solving? If so, Wasatch Peaks Ranch is looking for you!

Job Summary :

As a Facilities Tech 1, you will play a critical role in the upkeep and improvement of our facilities. You will work closely with our Facilities Manager and be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure that our property is always in top shape. This is a full-time position with benefits and the potential for advancement within our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and property grounds
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Complete work orders and tasks assigned by the Facilities Manager
• Identify and troubleshoot problems to determine appropriate course of action
• Assist with contractors and outside vendors for larger repair or maintenance projects
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Perform regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns
• Assist in snow removal during winter
• Ability to work a modified schedule especially during snow removal operations
• Ability to communicate well with other team members
