About the Role : We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Temporary Raw Material Coordinator. This critical role will be instrumental in ensuring the compliance of our raw materials by liaising with raw material producers, managing documentation, and maintaining our internal monitoring systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for details.
Key Responsibilities :
Producer Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for raw material producers, initiating requests for compliance documentation.Document Review : Meticulously review all incoming compliance documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards. Identify and address any errors or missing information.System Updates : Maintain and update a large internal monitoring system, accurately recording the status of all received documents.Follow-ups : Proactively manage follow-up communications with producers to ensure timely submission and correction of required documentation.Data Integrity : Contribute to maintaining high standards of data integrity within our compliance records.Who We Are Looking For :
