Artificial Grass Recyclers, the recycled turf experts, seek talented sales representatives to personify the AGR brand of quality and service;
build trust and rapport with our customers quickly, and have a drive and motivation for top results. We look for talented individuals who can help fuel our dynamic growth and have successfully sold with a consultative style.
Responsibilities :
Handle the entire sales cycle from prospecting clients to set appointments onsite for customer to view products and closing sales
Make 60+ sales outbound sales calls per day to prospects who have submitted online inquiries
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and inventory to persuade potential customers
Meet monthly sales objectives and weekly productivity metrics
Meet sales goals and objectives as assigned by Sales Manager
Develop and execute a daily action plan
Follow up on sales activity to ensure customer satisfaction and client relationship development
Seek avenues to develop new client relationships
Maintain knowledge about all current products and services
Research local competitors products and cost points
Track and maintain all leads and accounts in CRM, staying current on the status
Follow up on leads, contacts, referrals, and established accounts with frequency
Self-generate leads and contacts by marketing through social media, craigslist, cold calls, etc.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay for performance is a salespersons most excellent compensation motivator! Our compensation plans reward solid performance with a strong commission rate and the opportunity for performance bonuses.
With our pay structure of $15 per hour plus commission, our sales representatives can earn $72,000- $125,000 in annual income.

Learning & Development
We encourage collaboration amongst the sales team, growth within the role, and innovation as an organization. We offer eight weeks of paid training to ensure your success.
The first week is spent in the classroom learning our extensive product and proven sales methodology and running sales calls on the sales floor.
Our Sales Training Managers and Sales Managers will be by your side, coaching you to build the skills and confidence you want to get the results you strive for!

A successful Sales Representative will possess :
High school degree or equivalent
2+ years of inside or outside sales experience or customer service experience recommended
Proven track record of closing sales.
Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivation and results orientation
Time and work process management skills and the ability to work independently
