Our Company is seeking a Safety Manager that will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing health and safety programs, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. This role requires collaboration with various departments & sites to promote compliance with regulatory standards, reduce workplace hazards, and drive a culture of safety across the organization.

Safety Manager Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and Implement Safety Programs :

Design and enforce safety protocols and procedures in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory agencies.

Develops and manages the formal safety training for all employees.

Investigate accidents, injuries, and near-miss incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and update the organization on any changes.

Develop campaigns and initiatives to encourage a proactive safety culture within the company.

Regularly inspect facilities, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Work closely with management to establish safety goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Safety Manager Requirements :

Bachelors degree in occupational health, Safety Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in warehousing & distribution.

Certified Safety Professional (CSP), OSHA certification, or similar safety qualifications preferred.

Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
