Position Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Crater to build custom wooden crates for shipping heat exchangers and components. This role is critical to ensuring our products arrive safely and securely to customers around the world.

Key Responsibilities :

• Read and interpret blueprints and packaging specifications to determine crate dimensions and construction requirements.
• Build custom wooden crates using hand and power tools, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with safety standards.
• Incorporate internal bracing, cushioning, and moisture barriers to protect sensitive equipment.
• Label crates with handling instructions, part numbers, and destination details.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to meet shipping schedules.
• Maintain inventory of crate-building materials and report shortages or defects.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
