Join Spartan Logistics as a Warehouse Manager and lead operations at our Lima, OH location. We're looking for a motivated Warehouse Manager to take the lead at our Lima, OH facility. In this role, you'll oversee daily warehouse operations, optimize processes, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service. If you're a strong leader with a passion for efficiency and teamwork, we want you on our team. This operation is a 24 / 7 operation, with expected manager office hours of 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm.

Education & Experience :

A 24 year degree in a related field and / or at least 5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse setting.

Skills & Qualifications :

Supervisory Responsibilities :

This position directly supervises the CDL Drivers, Customer Service Representatives, Warehouse Associates, and Forklift Operators.

Travel :

All candidates must successfully complete a drug screening and background check as a condition of employment.
